Martin Milner and George Maharis star as buddies Tod and Buz, who set off in Tod's Corvette to discover early 1960s America -- in the process meeting people from all walks of life and generally performing as noble wanderers. Shot entirely on location, the show comments on the rapid changes then taking place in America, frequently addressing potent social issues of the day, including the impact of the Cold War.
