Legendary duo Rudolf Nureyev and Dame Margot Fonteyn stand out in this 1963 performance by Britain's Royal Ballet featuring excerpts from several classic ballets, including "Les Sylphides," "Le Corsaire," "Sleeping Beauty" and "La Valse." Both dancers have impressive solos, but the rest of the famous ensemble also shines in these selections, featuring choreography by Nureyev, Frederick Ashton, Michel Fokine and Marius Petipa.
