In this action-packed Hong Kong comedy, Wilson Bond (Stephen Chow) makes extra cash telling funny stories in his sister's brothel. When officials raid the place for rebels, Wilson saves the leader and becomes one of them. He then ends up posing as a servant, and as a kung fu expert, he attempts to find a hidden Manchu treasure. Wilson's act fools everyone, including the emperor of China, who enlists Wilson in a dangerous mission.
