Emily Russo (Theresa Russell), an art dealer, and her son Sam (David McCurley) are carjacked by a band of hoodlums posing as the police. When Sam dies during the ensuing struggle, Emily becomes the prime suspect in the crime. To prove her innocence and find out why she and her son were targeted, she must track down Sam's killers without putting her own life in danger.
