Russian Lessons

  (2009)
After amassing footage of the 2008 Russian-Georgian war, filmmakers Andrei Nekrasov and Olga Konskaya return to the studio to begin editing. As they analyze the footage, they come to the conclusion that Russia carried out ethnic cleansing in Georgia. This documentary captures their process and examines the history of conflict between Russia and Georgia -- and accusations of a widespread cover-up -- following the fall of the Soviet Union.
