Sunder, Gopal and Radha are childhood friends who grew up together in India. Gopal and Radha have always loved each other, but Sunder is oblivious and asks Radha's parents for their blessing. When Radha's parents reject the proposal, a crestfallen Sunder decides to join the armed forces. He's soon believed to be dead, so Gopal and Radha decide they will marry. But when Sunder returns, Gopal must choose between his friend and his betrothed.
