A generation ago, Dr. Max Warick was researching an experimental drug scientifically proven to cure madness. But as his most deranged test subjects miraculously regained their sanity, the control patients, who were given no drugs, suffered horrific consequences. Now, 20 years later, hospital officials are about to release the drug into the marketplace, despite the previous results … and the only man who can stop them is in a straitjacket!
