The fifth and final season of "Saturday Night Live" to feature any of the original Not Ready for Prime Time Players, this is the end of an era -- and the swan song for Bill Murray, Jane Curtin, Laraine Newman and the rest. A well-oiled machine but not yet an institution, SNL is at the height of its satiric powers, with timeless comedy from the regular cast, as well as guest appearances by house favorites like Buck Henry, Steve Martin and Paul Simon.
 Parents Strongly Cautioned. This program contains some material that many parents would find unsuitable for children under 14 years of age.
