Sea Racketeers

The Coast Guard has long had reason to believe that Harry Durant (J. Carrol Naish) has been running a racket smuggling stolen goods on the high seas, but he eludes them at every turn until a courageous captain (Weldon Heyburn) goes undercover to nab the baddies. This noirish B-picture also features future "Blondie" star Penny Singleton as gangland girl "Toots" Riley, and acting under her real name, Dorothy McNulty.
