In this serialized adventure, the Dead End Kids (Angels with Dirty Faces) square off against a band of Nazis that is targeting Allied forces munitions ships and terrorizing the waterways of New York City. Among the most popular of all matinee serial stars, Billy Halop, Huntz Hall and the rest of the kids made dozens of films for various studios under several different monikers, including the East Side Kids and the Little Tough Guys.
