A deadly band of terrorists has descended on a peaceful American town and taken over a biological research lab to get their hands on chemical weapons. A SWAT team is immediately called in, but when fighting leads to a hazardous chemical leak, the townspeople become infected with a bizarre virus. Now, the cops must fight not only the terrorists but an entire town of deranged psychotics in this action adventure starring Kosmo Vinyl.
