William Beaudine directs this drama starring Ruth Warrick as Emily, a woman nearing age 50 and struggling with feelings of isolation and detachment. Even though she once felt connected to her husband and church, she finds herself sinking into despair. Her pastor (Hugh Beaumont) urges her to seek answers from God, but she is not ready to return to church until a doctor informs her of a dire diagnosis. John Hubbard co-stars.
