The do-gooders are smoking -- literally -- in this hilarious farce featuring a doped-up government agent known as James Bong (Richard Trapp), aka Secret Agent 420, and his Bong Girls. This time, Bong's been handed an undertaking of perilous proportions: He must rescue the queen of England from hoodlums out to make a quick but sizable buck. Tommy Chong -- who else? -- costars, as well as Jack Herer and Sarah Lilly.
