In this action-packed comedy, Jeremy (Matthew McCurley) is more than curious when his toy-salesman father, Ray (Hulk Hogan), returns from a business trip with a cutting-edge toy gun. When gangsters kidnap his dad, Jeremy learns the truth: Ray is a secret agent, and the gangsters want his top secret laser gun. Jeremy escapes with the weapon, becomes a sharpshooter and sets out to rescue his father with the help of some good friends.
