When "Seinfeld" began its third season in 1991, neurotic New Yorkers Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld), George (Jason Alexander), Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and Kramer (Michael Richards) weren't quite household names, but the show's pioneering approach to slice-of-life comedy captured the attention of critics. Memorable Season 3 episodes include "The Parking Garage," "The Pez Dispenser" and "The Good Samaritan" (directed by Alexander).
