Jingle Ma directs this action-packed sequel to Tokyo Raiders that centers on Lam (Tony Leung Chiu Wai), a Japanese special agent who teams up with a beautiful thief (Qi Shu) to stake his claim on a set of plates that make counterfeit American dollars. When an embassy member, Owen (Richie Ren), cons Lam and takes off with the plates to Korea, Lam must put all his martial arts moves to the test if he wants to collect his millions.
