Energetic Muppet Grover hosts a health and fitness show in this fun-filled program. Grover's show, "Fuzzy, Blue and Healthy Too," airs on the Happy Healthy Monsters network, and Elmo and Zoe watch as Grover teaches his friends the importance of healthy eating, exercising and getting plenty of sleep. Guest stars include India Arie, Wyclef Jean and Andy Richter. Extras include a cookie game, a DVD-ROM coloring sheet and three Sesame Street shorts.
