Produced by the notorious Troma Studios, this shlock-horror comedy begins when bumbling New York cop Sgt. Harry Griswold (Rick Gianasi) is transformed into a Japanese kabuki actor with magical powers. Using poisonous sushi and throwing chopsticks with pinpoint accuracy, he fights not only crime and corruption in Manhattan but also a malevolent force (known only as the Evil One) bent on world destruction.
