Expelled from his research group by his colleagues, mad scientist Dr. Oh (Pat Morita) uses his knowledge of human cloning and mind control to create Takeru (Masakatsu Funaki), the ultimate ninja warrior. When Oh unleashes his killing machine on his ex-partners, they hire mercenary Mitchell Madsen (Sam Bottoms) to stop Takeru's fury. But Takeru and Madsen soon find out that they have a common enemy.
