D. Ross Lederman directs this 1941 whodunit based on a play by Frank Vosper. Strange murders have been occurring in the eerie London boarding house run by Mr. and Mrs. Armitage (Miles Mander and Frieda Inescort) -- but who is behind the killings? All the guests are suspects, including the young playwright and the shady politician, as are the employees, including the chronically drunk maid. And what other secrets are being kept behind closed doors?
