Hong Kong action-flick veteran (and pop star) Andy Lau headlines this kung fu tale about government corruption and the motley group of fighters -- the Shanghai 13 -- hired to safeguard the man who's about to blow the whistle. After an official finds proof that his government is collaborating with a shady foreign power, he steals the evidence. But can he can stay alive long enough to get out of the country and expose the truth?
