Also known as the double-handed broadsword or long-lilt broadsword, the Pu broadsword is one of the favored weapons amongst students and disciples of Shaolin kung fu, notable for its elegance, power and versatility. Led by Shaolin wushu master Shi Deyang, this instructional program includes a Pu broadsword history guide, detailed demonstrations of basic techniques and movements, and an intro to other Shaolin wushu weapons and fighting styles.
