A Japanese prince arranges a martial arts competition between Japanese and Chinese fighters, but the contest is really a ruse to steal secrets from the Shaolin temple and conquer China. Alexander Lou is the top battler on the Chinese side, and Alan Chui leads the Japanse team. It's nimble ninjas vs. mighty monks in this expertly choreographed chopsocky spectacular set during the Sino-Japanese War.
