Sharabi

In director Raj Rishi's engrossing tale about the evils of liquor, alcoholic Keshav (Dev Anand) promises to give up the bottle for his fiancée (Madhu Bala) and his mother (Lalita Pawar), but keeping his word proves impossible. After his father's death, Keshav gets clean and remains sober for a long time. One rainy night, however, he goes on a bender … one that costs him much more than he ever imagined.
