With a 20-ton prehistoric megalodon shark prowling the depths of the ocean and wreaking havoc on an undersea research station, no one in the water is safe. So it's up to shark hunter Spencer Northcutt (Antonio Sabato Jr.) to send the animal to a watery grave. Driving Spencer on his deadly mission is the knowledge that the very same shark -- a creature that was thought to be extinct -- killed his parents when he was only a boy.
