Special Ops sniper Dillon (James Remar) is about to retire until his government contact (Mario Van Peebles) persuades him to take on one last case. It's supposed to be the straightforward infiltration of a nuclear arms deal, but it quickly spirals out of control. Dillon finds himself on the run, targeted by black marketeers and sinister double agents, and desperate to find out who set him up. Bruce Boxleitner and Catherine Mary Stewart co-star.
