Shaughnessy: The Iron Marshal

In the 19th century, an Irish immigrant and champion boxer named Shaughnessy (Matthew Settle) refuses to throw a fight and ends up fleeing New York City for a frontier post in Kansas, where he becomes sheriff. When a murder scandalizes the sleepy town, Shaughnessy must employ his brains and brawn in order to bring the villains to justice. The film, based on the Louis L'Amour novel The Iron Marshal, also stars Linda Kozlowski and Sarah Paulson.
