Orphaned deep in the African jungle, Sheena (Tanya Roberts) is raised by a local tribe and taught to communicate telepathically with animals. After years of peaceful living, Sheena meets Vic (Ted Wass), an American reporter who's come to Africa to do a story on Prince Otawani (Trevor Thomas). But when Vic learns of the prince's plot to take over Sheena's idyllic kingdom, the new friends must fight to save everything Sheena loves.
