Sheriff of Tombstone

When Brett Starr (Roy Rogers) arrives in Tombstone, he's at once suspicious of the mayor (Addison Richards), who seems to be expecting him. Starr keeps his identity secret until he can discover the truth, and when he exposes the mayor as a crook, he's named the new town sheriff. His first order of business is confronting a dangerous gunslinger, the man the mayor was really waiting for. George "Gabby" Hayes returns as Starr's faithful sidekick.
