After the reigning clan of Muromachi warlords is mercilessly exterminated by the evil Oda Nobunaga and his troupe of henchmen, Takamaru (Hiroyuki Sanada) -- the sole survivor and heir to the Muromachi throne -- flees to China and begins learning kung fu. Years later, he returns to his homeland to avenge the deaths of his ancestors, armed only with his newfound skills and a pair of swords that lead the way to a hidden gold mine. Sonny Chiba co-stars.
