Pharmaceutical salesperson Karly (Katherine Heigl) makes the big bucks, but is her job worth the toll it takes on her conscience? After a decade of pushing pricey drugs without really knowing if they're safe or effective, Karly doubts her career choice daily. Enter Zach (Lucian McAfee), a new love interest who persuades Karly to walk away from her job and into his heart. But Karly soon learns that leaving the cutthroat industry won't be easy.
