Eddie Burns (Ving Rhames) was once a dedicated cop, until he lost part of an arm nabbing a killer. Disabled and emotionally distraught, he sleepwalks through his days, until his sister (Kerry Washington) is abducted by a criminal (Gary Oldman) from Eddie's past who's come back to haunt him. Co-stars Alicia Coppola, Brian Cox, Gregg Henry and William Sage.
