During the 13th century's holy crusades, an innocent soldier finds himself betrayed. Leaping to his death, he vows to return as a fallen angel and is reborn in the modern age as a female warrior. His feminine alter ego, the beautiful Aiko, rises to lead an army that unites the world and abolishes religion.
