When her brother -- an undercover police officer -- is kidnapped by a dangerous gang of heroin dealers, Tina Long (Etsuko Shihomi) seeks help from expert fighter Sonny "Street Fighter" Kawasaka (Sonny Chiba) in this installment of the Street Fighter film series. Together, Tina and Sonny take on a ruthless drug lord with a steel claw and his army of mixed martial arts masters in their quest to rescue Tina's brother.
