Slappy and the Stinkers

Five kids devise a plan to rescue a sea lion named Slappy from an aquarium and free him from his detested life in the tank. But what the kids haven't worked into their plan is the fact that Slappy's already been marked for kidnapping by a heartless mercenary (Bronson Pinchot) who plans on selling the endearing, rambunctious sea lion to a Bulgarian circus. B.D. Wong and Jennifer Coolidge co-star in this gentle comedy directed by Barnet Kellman.
