Slaughter (Jim Brown) is back as a streetwise vigilante who's determined to clean up the streets, one pimping drug dealer at a time. A crime syndicate once again puts a hit out on his life -- this time, in the form of a "fly-by" shooting. But when they miss him and kill his friend instead, Slaughter must exact his revenge, protect his woman and take down an intimidating crime kingpin (Ed McMahon).
