Something wicked is afoot in a small New York town, where the locals are being devoured by common garden slugs, and health inspector Mike Brady (Michael Garfield) has an inkling as to why. As it turns out, toxic waste isn't only bad for the environment … it's absolutely deadly for people. Juan Piquer Simón directs this grotesque blend of horror and science fiction, based on the book by the same name by Shaun Hutson.
