The East Side Gang and the Cutthroat Mafia are in the middle of a no-holds-barred (and take-no-prisoners) drug war. But when a bright young student is caught in the crossfire and dies, a detective goes undercover to find out the truth about how and why the girl was killed. This urban tale of gang warfare contrasts real law with street "justice," all against the backdrop of an unending fight for new territory.
