In this period drama, a young Irish boy discovers the true meaning of courage. When Michael Devlin (Peter Tambakis) witnesses the fatal beating of a Jewish man, he's beset with fear that the perpetrators will find out -- and wracked with guilt for not reporting the crime to the authorities. But with the help of a local rabbi and the watchful gaze of the Golem, a protector fashioned from clay, Michael sees to it that justice is served.
