After his mother's death, a young boy, Zach (Jake Thomas), moves to Scotland to live with his father (Nick Moran). There, Zach meets a dog that's escaped from a laboratory after being imbued by researchers with extraordinary strength and agility. When the dog demonstrates a surprising talent for soccer, Zach and his father enlist the pooch in their effort to help boost the confidence of a losing Scottish soccer team.
