Ulli Lommel directs this period thriller set in late 1970s New York City, the site of the infamous "Son of Sam" serial killings that had everyone, from all walks of life, on edge and on guard. Were the brutal shootings really the sole work of David Berkowitz (Yogi Joshi), who confessed to the crimes and said he received orders to carry them out from his neighbor's demonic dog? Or were they also the work of someone else?
