The first section features the masterful partnership of Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, who cook up a splendid musical mix with the guitar and harmonica. Next up is Mississippi native John Hurt, who headlines a bill that also includes Hedy West and Paul Cadwell, fellow entertainers who have tapped the depths of sorrow to become folk legends.
