Two elite Special Forces units face immense tactical challenges during this pair of hostage crises -- one in the Netherlands, the other on a Boeing 737. First, the Royal Dutch Marines face twin threats as terrorists seize a commuter train and a nearby elementary school. Next, Germany's GSG-9 forces must devise a strategy for securing the safety of an 80-passenger jetliner -- without knowing the number of hijackers or the plane's destination.
