Rien, Eef and Hans, three young, working-class guys stuck in an industrial town on the outskirts of Rotterdam, have little in common save for one thing: their shared passion for motorcycle racing. But a deeper passion will soon rule their lives. The boys are completely blindsided when the sexy, ambitious Fientje comes between them and turns their world upside down. Paul Verhoeven directs this Dutch coming-of-age drama.
