At Sea Bright Beach, creatures that have lurked underwater for millennia have come on land in search of food. Their arrival coincides with a weekend music festival, full of out-of-town partygoers who will make the perfect meal. If they'd only listen to local wacko Tess (Erin Brown), they might stand a chance against the monsters -- and the hundreds of eggs buried under the sand. Erika Smith, Brice Kennedy and Dave Fife star in this campy chiller.
