Emma Roberts stars as Amelia, a young genius and daughter of a top secret agent (Chris Potter) who inadvertently invents a contraption that, unbeknownst to her, has become coveted as a highly effective weapon of espionage. When a nefarious scientist decides to make off with the device and abduct Amelia, her only shot at escape is her dad and his unusual sidekick, Minkey, an expert spy who happens to be... a chimpanzee.
