As the USS Enterprise continues its voyage in the sixth season of this "Star Trek" spinoff, the crew must resolve numerous quandaries, from another confrontation with the omnipotent alien Q to dealing with inquisitive 19th-century writer Mark Twain. Among the officers' many adventures, Capt. Picard (Patrick Stewart) is captured when he goes on a mission in Cardassian territory, and a hostile character on the holodeck tries to find his way out.
