In 1956, 16-year-old Charlie Starkweather (Brent Taylor), a sometime garbageman, blew a fuse and went on a serial killing spree through Nebraska and Wyoming that claimed 11 people in three months. Joining Starkweather on his murderous odyssey was his 14-year-old girlfriend, Caril-Ann Fugate (Shannon Lucio). The true story of this killer couple shocked the American people, who, until that time, had never witnessed murders so callous and brazen.
