Beautiful Teodora "Doris" Mesina (Rufa Mae Quinto) overflows with frustration as she faces being 30, single and a virgin. After her longtime boyfriend dumps her, Doris vows not to end up like her spinster aunt and goes on a manhunt. Aided by her charismatic friend Randy (Paolo Contis), Doris hurls herself into the dating world and must choose between three men. Will Doris accept one of her dashing new suitors or remain fabulously single?
