Todd Dougherty (Billy Corben) is convinced his stepmom-to-be is an otherworldly creature -- a monster, in fact. But nobody believes him, especially not his father (Alan Thicke), who's so besotted with his girlfriend he just can't imagine that what his son claims is true. But when the neighbors start turning up dead, Todd is so convinced he's right, he'll do anything to prove it.
